Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Savings Committee Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The service is provided by Soft Learn Hub; contact contact@softlearnhub.com.

2. Service scope

The app helps groups record and track savings-committee activity. It does not hold, transfer, guarantee, lend, or insure money and is not a bank or payment service. Members arrange and verify all payments outside the app.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your Google account and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Committee records

Users and committee administrators are responsible for invitations, schedules, contribution confirmations, payout confirmations, corrections, and member access. App records are coordination aids and are not independent proof of payment or a legal accounting statement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, illegal financial activity, unauthorized access, disruption, reverse engineering where prohibited, or content that violates another person's rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Connectivity, third-party services, and device conditions may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Account deletion and termination

You may schedule account deletion in Settings. Deletion occurs after 72 hours unless you sign in again with the same Google account before the deadline, which cancels deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Use the app at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Soft Learn Hub is not responsible for external payments, member disputes, missed contributions, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms.

10. Governing requirements

You must comply with applicable laws and committee agreements. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.

11. Changes and contact
